What You Will Do
As a Candidate Experience Coordinator with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to coordinate Talent Acquisition processes to support new hires, internal applicants, local recruitment teams, and ministry partners.
- Processes open position requisitions and postings.
- Conducts initial screening interviews with candidates and coordinates additional interviews with recruiter and hiring managers.
- Coordinates the offer acceptance and required onboarding appointments.
- Processes background checks and LCE entry and ensures compliance.
- Communicates with candidates and completes new hire/transfer documentation and processing.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Recruitment, HR or Onboarding experience is preferred.

- Ability to multi-task
